them inside a bottom or top section of a red cardboard box -- that is where they go once the chips go into the airtites. Since it is only either the top OR the bottom section, they are not covered on top. Maybe CT would think of selling these red boxes by themselves (although those would be a very bulky & space-consuming item to bring along). CT's the best....
