A pdf. (Adobe) file of each of the letters sent to the internet providers and the FCC, the list of "banned" websites, and a page showing the Wire Act that this group of overpaid idiots are basing this action on is available here. http://www.imega.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/05/ab001dd4.pdf The "banned" sites are listed on the last 6 of 21 pages.

A direct quote from John Willems, Director of the Minnesota Alcohol and Gaming Enforcement Division, made today in an interview:
"The list, which is only 200 out of literally thousands of websites, was selected at random without regards to what type of internet gambling each site is engaged in. Online poker would fall within that possibility."

Translated, that means "We don't know what we're doing, but we're gonna do it anyway". Many or most of the sites on that list already don't accept players in the USA or Minnesota! The only major poker site that allows players from the USA that got put on the list "at random" is Full Tilt Poker.
