I use double row boxes like Greg. Then sort by city and then alphabetical by casino name. Leave lots of room for expansion. My Las Vegas collection now takes 42 double row boxes and is still growing. Small towns you can put two or three cities per box. The punch outs from the foam rings make good fillers within the boxes. Good luck it's a big project.
