However, I dont believe I am trying to "Strongarm" anyone.

Anyone is free to donate to the club at anytime.

All I am doing is asking my fellow Life members to help out the club if they can.

I am not asking anyone who cant afford or does not agree with what I am doing to donate anything.

There is just one intent here, and that is to raise funds for the club.

The reason Life Members are being asked is that many of us have paid less than it costs the club to operate (especially those who beccame life members for $300 mor less.

There is no berating anyone who does not donate, just a spacial thanks to those who do. For those that decide this is not for them, more power to them.

Where was the uproar when we asked for donations for the auction, the grab bags, or the raffle?

Once again there is only ONE intent here and thats to make sure the club remains healthy.

I made a donation and I am proud of that, I challenge my friends and fellow members who can afford to and believe in the cause to do the same. For those who decide not to, I will think no less of them.
