nope that is the Elvira roulette 999 (or is it 666, sorry dont start the debate again ;) famous common error chip but it is from the same time frame, unfortunately Four queens puts out more LEs than there are people on the planet, they have used the same base chip with House mold and 3 cream/3 purple inserts for about 100 $5 chip issues in the past 10 years or so.
