Total bunk. I knew a guy who tough a class in dice setting and he admitted it was garbage. The law of averages says that some of his students would have good craps results. Others he claimed didn't practice enough (results were NEVER guaranteed). The few he had to refund (physical threats) were just the price of doing business.
