As long as both parties are happy
In Response To: Ethical Paradox ()

When Thomas Edison sold his Universal Stock Ticker both parties were happy. After the sale it was said that the buyers told Edison that they would have gladly paid 10x as much to which Edison replied that he would have sold it for 1/10th the price.

And I agree with Doug when he said you already know the answer (as do most posters when asking "opinions" of this forum).

Good luck with the purchase. grin

My View
Tell seller the truth ask for a deal & sleep well
...and wake up the next morning to find it on eBay
My take....
My story on the subject
Reverse the situation...
Doing the right thing is not always
So I have a question.
The seller set the price...& you paid what she was
IMO the deal stands.
Another country heard from..
