My squirrels have been hanging out in my Canary Island Date Palms for the past 26 years.

I now have a blind squirrel who has to feel his way around, but seems to be managing real well by himself. He also plays a little w/ the other squirrels... but the peckerwood is a real birdbrain since he doesn't realize I'm trying to help when I even remove some of the vents he's pecking at.

I just may try netting him when he slows down.

I'm mostly concerned with my hot and cold water running above and all my hard-wired devices housed in the attic. If he gets tangled in some of that webbing I'm out some big bucks. I also shut off my A/C units when he started pecking at my ductwork thinkging it was the wind outside.
