Wes Segni asked a question on the club board about scanning chips. Got me thinking
about how I scan chips. In your opinion, what do you think makes the better background?
Scanner lid open(my example results in a greyish background)
Scanner lid down(resulting in a white border)
or using some type of cover(I use a felt-lined board to cover my chips when scanning)

Of course, if one is cropping to a round pic, background has no real bearing.
