about 9 months ago, i bought out a cigar store that was going out of business. the owner put up 10 major lots of cigars and i bid on all 10 lots. i was just in ebay and could not find any cigars or cigarettes. i would guess that they changed their policy, maybe because of minors purchasing lots. i will try to find out.
