You can display chips or anything that receive sunlight exposure as long as it is protected by
MasterPiece UV Protection Glass. "Michaels" Arts and Crafts uses and sells it. It is expensive but worth it.
I have some expensive and rare artwork displayed in my Sun Room (for 6 years). The art is still brand new (no fading).
