The reason that #10 was put in place was to protect buyers from making a purchase where a chip was received not as described. Returning something because you "Have a Bad Vibe" after making someone wait weeks for a payment without an email response is taking advantage of that person.
I am not here to judge as each person controls his/her own fate and it is an indivisual responsibility to do what is "Right"
My mistake on the mention of an overnight as I had naturally assumed you had returned a few days back. It just seemed too coincidential that you returned back on the very same day and within hours of Jim taking this public. My apologies if thats what actually happened.
You will find that this club is full of more trusting members than any other hobby out there. Most people are willing to send hundreds of dollars in chips to people they have never even met before and without upfront payment.
However this club also has a very good memory for when people are wronged. When someone takes advantage of another member, you will find a long line of other members backing them up and those looking for the quick scam, find themselves not able to do business with chippers for very long.
Please dont interpret this as meaning you, I just wanted you to know why so many people were quick to jump on a person they thought took advantage of Jim.
