Check your Purchase History to see if the charge appears there. If the purchase doesn't appear in your Purchase History, your purchase didn't go through. You will need to click "Buy" again to purchase this song
Select "Check for Available Downloads" under the Store menu in iTunes 8 (or "Check for Purchases" under the Store menu in iTunes 7)
Check your Purchased playlist for the missing purchases
If your purchase is still missing after reviewing your purchased playlist, follow the steps outlined below to report the problem directly to Apple.
To report a missing song or video file:
Locate the song or video in your Purchase History
Click on the "Report a Problem" link
Select "I didn't receive this item" from the drop down menu
Enter a brief description of the problem in the Comments field and hit Submit
