I don't think the % difference by itself is taxable... and that's why I guess we need lawyers; to help us figure out what we're reading. grin

I, too, am amazed at these "fly-by-night" operators that are popping up all over the place insisting that they're out there to help. Yeah...! They're out there to help alright; help you to help them to line their pockets...!
