....I have not seen any 2 roulette chips of the same design and color in different Molds from the Orleans as shown in a post below by Jim Follis. I have the Alligator with Guitar, Trumpet, Fiddle and Trombone in the Roulette Mold and the Alligator with Beads in the House Mold. I do not know if the House Mold chip with the Alligator and Trumpet is a replacement chip or was produced by accident using a House Mold blank instead of a Roulette Mold blank.

My best guess is that the chip was produced on the wrong Mold blank since this is the only one known at this time. If more of these House Mold chips with the Trumpet design are found in different colors then they may have been replacement chips. This is all I know about these chips. Nice find !!!
