I remember a post about a year ago.... think it may have been posted by Gene Trimble) about a 'closed' casino in downtown Las Vegas that had opened (unannounced) for just ONE day and then reclosed. It was something about gambling regulations and they had to conduct business at least one day or year to retain their license (or something like that..).

Gene or anyone remember what I'm talking about?

I was just wondering if that 'special' day of the year was coming around again AND if it might be during the Convention.

Or, is there any way to know in advance (via Gaming or otherwise) when that day will be?
