after all, the cancellation proves it. The content was one (1) industructable, Bud Jones CIC, Colorado Belle, $1 chip. When Tracy did not receive it, I sent another one, the exact same way. Yesterday he received the second mailing and today I got the first one back with the white sticker.

I have been sending low value chips this way for quite a while and have only gotten 2 of them back.

I was just reflecting on the inconsistency of the Post office and wanted Tracy to know that the fisrt mailing is now resolved.
