In the above case, Frontier decided on their own to pay my wife. The Gaming commission was not called. I really think they were trying to pick up some extra funds. (The employees)
On another occasion we did call the gaming commission and I think it took less than an hour to arrive. They are just like the Police. They said they would review the situation and get print outs and they looked at last 3 plays on the slot machine by displaying through the LEDs. They were suppose to leave the machine shut off till is was resolved, We went by the machine an hour later and the Frontier turned it back on. We got a letter several weeks later and they said they ruled against us. Who knows.
