Venice has 2 casinos free shuttle from Plaza Roma
this is the St. Lucia train station, shuttles right outside station, run every half hour to both casinos, one 15 minutes, the othe 30 minutes. The docks are out side the train station also, for the start of the Grand Canal tour boats, a must boat tour of the entire Canal, ends at the famous Plaza San Marco, where most of the history is, The St. Marks Basilica, Campanile Bell tower. This is where Napoleon used to hang out. A great city to visit, you can walk from Plaza San Marco back to Plaza Roma in 1 hr. and really see Venice, signs everywhere pointing to train station. Casino Ca"Noghera Casino is an American casino, open 11AM 15 min shuttle ride. Vendramin-Calergi Palace is 30 min. shuttle open 2:45 PM, is a Historic landmark coat and tie required, Rou., Black Jack, Poker. and more. Entrance fee about $12.00, Formal like Monaco. I will be in Venice on May 7-8th, and will vist both Casinos, and tour Venice, taking many pictures. Hope this helps you understand Venice, one of the great European cities.
