Re: Chips from "License To Kill"

About a week ago I noticed an auction for the item on eBay:
JAMES BOND 007 LICENCE TO KILL ORIGINAL CASINO CHIPS

Item number: 350180156124
http://cgi.ebay.com/JAMES-BOND-007-LICENCE-TO-KILL-ORIGINAL-CASINO-CHIPS_W0QQitemZ350180156124

In my opinion, not only were the chips made after the movie came out, but the design of these chips is not seen in the movie, making them "fantasy" chips. I was going to email the seller, but didn't bother. Interesting promotion (I guess). Hope you didn't pay much for it. As I said in a recent post, for items gotten on eBay (if that is where you got them), it is good to always use a credit card-funded PayPal payment for future charge-backs if it comes to that. Even without a credit card, one can always put in a Buyer Protection item-Not-As-Described PayPal claim with a good chance of success here.

I have a few Star Wars pictorial (different pictures on each card) playing card decks for sale. ... ...... Decks are in mint condition.... ... ..... These decks are somewhat chip-related. When I bought the Las Vegas History decks, I had to place a minimum order, so I was "forced" to include these neat Star Wars decks to meet that minimum. grin

$5.00 only (plus $3.00 postage) for this "HEROES AND VILLAINS" STAR WARS DOUBLE DECK. PayPal accepted.

110 different Star Wars heroes and villains (from all 6 movies) in this mint-in-box pictorial souvenir double playing card deck set

DESCRIPTION: This is a two-deck set of playing cards. One boxed deck has Star Wars (from all six movies) heroes, a different hero on each card. The other deck has different Star Wars villains on each card. Both boxed decks fit into the presentation box pictured below. The cards are the regulation poker size -- 2-1/2" wide. Each deck consists of 55 cards (52 plus 3 jokers).

So you are getting a grand total of 110 different colored portraits, on playing cards, of heroes and villains from the six Star Wars films. This set was prepared for the 30th anniversary of the first Star Wars film. It is an official Star Wars product, copyrighted by Lucasfilm Ltd. Return privileges.
