I remember that I got this chip for free, thanks to Andy Hughes :
I remember the time around when I got this chip-- it was back in the heady days when every month or so brought a new opening of a poker room, usually with an accompanying $20 chip, and condos were sold 3 times over by "investors" before you ever broke ground on the next luxury tower. That was a great time to be a collector .
While the past year and coming months have brought and will likely continue to bring a reshuffling of the players in the game, Vegas will undoubtedly pull through. The strong will survive, or the vacuum will be filled by the titans of tomorrow. While I don't want to make light of the pain that many are currently experiencing, Vegas will always be, and will always continue to be, Vegas-- the city like no other which not only continually reinvents itself, but defies expectations in doing so. And for that I am grateful .
Tomorrow we start with the rest of Nevada, alphabetically by city.

P.S. As we finish up Vegas, I think back over the many that are still missing from my collection. Although I'm interested in any $20s that I don't have, probably the top of my list at the moment is the Nevada Club 4th Issue $20. If anyone has one that they would be willing to let go, please contact me.
