The GOOSE chips are pretty cool and they do have some history that Gene was kind enough to dig up and share...correct me if I am wrong Gene because I will try to do this from memory. They are GOOSE BAY Air Force Base, Stratigic Air Comand, Newfoundland, Canada. They were made in four denominations/colors $1 Muave, .50 Creme, .25? Orange?, & .10? Green?. The chips were ordered in the early 50s and it would be some of the last chips ordered from Mason with the HUB mold. I have a "short stack" of the $1s & .50s but I have never seen the Green or the Orange chips. If someone has them to trade please let me know. X2 on the way! Thanks Mark!
