The Grand Palais in Lake Charles was like that too. Those were the crappiest chips I have ever seen, and that was the BEST ones. The chips were so worn and so much grime it was like a scratch off, you had to scratch off the crap to see what it was worth!

I must say that is the most impressive Before/After that I have ever seen!

Good argument for cleaning (some chips).
