Fine - single them out for terrorism, but not for unemployment. As unemployment has risen, statistics show that more Mexicans are moving back to Mexico to be with families and find employment - rather than moving here to seek welfare. Sometimes I suspect the problem many people have isn't with Africans who have moved here recently, but rather with the ones that were dragged here against their will.

A polite society does not require that we all drop our prejudices and hatred; it only reminds us not to lob so-called jokes at minority groups who may actually be reading what we write.

That said, I accept the apologies and feel we can move on.
