Excalibur may be harder to sell since it sits on the same land as the rest of the Mandalay Bay complex and feeds clients into Luxor and mandalay. Circus/Slots A Fun is on a nice big piece of land but I think they are getting old with talk a few years ago of doing a demo and starting over. I agree with keeping the stuff around city center. The MS properties could go if they wanted to turn their backs on that area. I think Grand Victoria in Elgin is also a very profitable property that will be considered.
