That is a 1940 or 1941 Willys. 1941 Willys are still a popular body used in drag racing, particularly in Pro Modified, most of them using Nitrous Oxide as their power adder. Pro Mods run the quarter mile in the high 5-second to low 6-second range at 230 to 245 mph.
