I don't think much first class mail goes by rail anymore. Either short-haul by truck or by air now. Could have been some parcel post, I guess, but since the new rates are only 5c less than first class, there isn't much of that anymore.

Probably no chips on the train, unless Paul-son was shipping some to the new California casinos.
