These are a new find of Florida illegals. The 3 chips pictured are from the Cuban Club in Ybor City, Tampa Fl. The black $1 club chip was delivered in 1940. The one with the circle around the "T" was delivered to the club in 1937. The oval around the "T" was found with the others. The Cuban Club is still open and the building still stands.
