a function of baccarat or even Pai Gow poker. I say this because the Palace Station casino has a focus towards Asian gaming. I believe they refer to part of their table games area as the Asian Pit, or a similar reference. At the time that the Palace Station moved from the Bud Jones CIC chips to these Paul-Son clay composition chips, they replaced the entire rack, however, the poker rooom continued to use the $1 Bud Jones CICs for at least a year beyond the change-over.
As I recall, the original redemption for the CICs did not include the $1 chips, but they have since replaced the CIC $1's with the Paul-Son version and have done a redemption notice.
But aside from all that, I don't think the $20 chip was ever used in the poker room, but it's a great looking chip and I am happy to have one in my collection!
