Just a guess but you may have a really large picture or some software stored in that folder.

When was the last time you defragmented the drive?

Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter

Good to do on any drive, once a month at least, that has files that change often like Internet Cache or multiple large files that can get spread around on the drive.
