Which is amazing, considering that you rarely seem to take anything too seriously. I figure it's a hobby, and this is just one of the fun parts of it. I look at all of the pages on the oty board maintained by Jim Follis. I nominate an item that really grabs me. Then, the vote gets whittled to the top 10 nomination getters in each category. I then vote for as many items for each as I feel are worthy up to the maximum. Simple. If there are great chips/tokens/whatever that don't get uploaded onto Jim's site, I don't stress about it. As you can see on the OTY site, I upload chips that I am aware of. I don't really follow anything else. I inquired about a token-like item this year and found out that it didn't qualify since it was never intended to be used in a slot machine. That makes sense to me. If others are aware of chips, etc. that are new, they can upload them, too. I can only control what I know about. So, I will find some things I really like, and nominate them, and then vote for the finalists. Nice and easy.
