I really don't think it's a Midwest Conspiracy. Sometimes the mail is just slower than others. There have been times that I've gotten the Club magazine before others. A recent issue was delivered on the same day that Mr. Splashbar, who lives slightly southwest, received his.

I can see by other posts, that the magazine has begun to arrive at those Didn't-Pay-For-First-Class subscribers and neither Mr. Splashbar nor Professor HotRod have posted that theirs arrived, so it my issue may soon arrive.

But, just in case, it's good to know that a ballot can be obtained.

By the way, that's a very nice personal chip you have. Is it a metal center or just printed to look that way? In either case, it's a beautiful chip.
