worded better? Well ANY statement can always be worded better and no matter what statement is made, there will always be those who dont agree with its wording or interpret it a different way.

I can't argue that statement at all.

The only thing I can argue is the intent of the BOD when this amendmend was put forth to the membership.

The ONLY thing we had in mind for both of these amendments was to protect the clubs assets, which is especially important in these tough times.

Once again, I urge anyone not familiar with these amendments to read the threads on the club board over the past several days and understand why the BOD supports them and why we feel they are important to the club.
