The way this is written I believe I'm not allowed to sell any chips to anyone other than the club. I do not believe this is the true intent of this amendment, can someone clarify the true intent for me.

Amendment 2, Article 5: Membership

Does this amendment delete other sub-paragraghs of the Article as there seems to be a conflict?
