Not real sure what these are from. "RCA Victor" I know, but not "Bargain Bonanza". This bag is numbered 156, so I suspect there were others. Inside the bag are 86, red only, interlocking plastic chips with the hot-stamping shown on both sides.

I also found some pieces of a cardboard box (an end flap) with a company Brand Name of "Freezone". It was dated March, 1937. It may, or may not, have anything to do with the chips!
