Isn't it incredible how no one can fix a mistake but everyone can make them. I too have had similar problems, but not to that extent, and am amazed by the magnitude of incompetence some people are able to demonstrate on a regular basis. You will get it straight, but not a moment before the screaming red ass sets in!

Side note:

My wife worked at a local Emergency Room and they had some cut backs and laid off many nurses. She explained to me they laid off all the 'Good Nurses.'

To that I replied, "So, I guess you're safe then?"

It was a ery quite week or so until she started speaking to me again.....
