I'm actually the owner and creator of the product. The easiest way I can explain the product is - it's the only CD labeling kit designed to work on Poker Chips. You load up the software, design whatever you want, and then print them on photo quality labels that are provided with the kit and stick them on your chips (by the way, the label sheets are $1 per sheet, not $3 per sheet as mentioned in this thread - 30 label sheets, 70 labels per sheet, $29.99). I also sell 10 label sheet packs but that works out to $1.39 per sheet (again not $3 per sheet).

It's a great solution if you are looking to make decent quality poker chips inexpensively. The labels stay on well and don't wear off easily (I've had my set for 2 years with the labels and haven't had to replace any labels due to wear).

If you want real casino chips that have an image on them that you design, then you can have them made by another vendor but they cost a lot more to do. It all depends on what you would like them for, but I do stand behind the quality of my product and offer a money back guarantee even if you try the product out and don't like it.
