I am trying to nail down some info. Originally I was told they were Louisiana chips. Then they were Cicero, IL (as in TGT). Then I had pretty good info that they were Cairo, IL, which I'm sure is the right place.

Incidentally, I think there is some kind of connection with the El Patio Club, which is probably where the Cicero designation comes from since there are El Patio (harp mold) chips known. However, there was another El Patio in McClure, IL, (T mold chips known) close to Cairo. I came across some "EP" El Patio chips with the Frog City chips.
