If you recall, we have had a few youngsters in the hobby before though they only lasted a short time.
These were people that were not connected to adults in the hobby and they were welcomed by all.

I don't think that collecting casino chips promotes gambling, I view it as a hobby like any other.
Casino restrictions prohibit those under age from entering the casinos anyway.
If a 10 year old is interested in the hobby, there is nothing to prevent him/her from making purchases from collectors, ebay etc. so why restrict them from the hobby. Just my opinion.

The so called Junior Membership too was only an idea one of many that others might have, no better, no worse
