American Beauties? That artwork and other pin-ups from the same artist were used on ceramic chip sets made in the far East. While I don't have a scan available, I believe that there were 8 different chips made. Here is a link to a post made on ChipTalk that shows four of the chips, including the version you are showing. Once there, you have to scroll down slightly, but the image is located in the very first post.
