I have been to the Southern Illinois area - East Cape Girardeau, McClure and Cairo several times over the years and I have talked to Club owners and dealers who worked in the illegal clubs in that area. There was a Frog City Club on Route 5 outside of Cairo, IL according to several people I talked to and interviewed.The club was open in 1940 and the owher was named Brown. I don't have any chips from the club, but I think someone posted a scan on the Board in the past.
