I'm not sure what that circles mold is called, but it looks a lot like the O'Dwyer's Club chips. It has that little step down ring between the edge and center. I can't tell if my O'Dwyer's chip had circles on the outer part of the chip or not. I'd be interested in one if you have any extras.
