() USPS regulations do require that safety matches be transported by ground only. There are an awful lot of matches sold on eBay and most are delivered first class or priority mail. The danger of ignition is very low. If it bothers you to ship that way, wrap each matchbook in foil first so it will put itself out when it runs out of oxygen.
