That's not a record, but it's a pretty good percentage. Having previously worked at one of the shippers for years, I think I have seen virtually everything that can happen to a package; from rough handling, to disappearance, to organized theft rings. It's kind of like working in a restaurant. You get a good look at what is happening behind the scenes, and your never quite as relaxed about it again - but everything is normally okay. Most people are fine and do their jobs conscientiously. I'm glad a lot of this got aired out.
