What does a "find" do to the value of a chip?

So I have a "friend" that has come across a find.

The find has not arrived at the "friends" house yet so I can not speak to the condition of the chips. However the "book value" of the chips is currently "$15 to $19".

What would finding:
35 chips do to the value?
200 chips do to the value?
350 chips do to the value?

I will post more info once I receive the chips... I mean my friend receives the chips. vbg

Just in case any of you are sweating, these are Washington State chips, but I won't reveal any more info until they arrive, which should be on Friday. vbg
