Now that was funny to me because I was on the phone from Calif. to the Philippines last night with a gal and she was doing her best to tell me why my Dish Network was not working and "tried" to fix it. After 77 minutes as my cell phone told me we were no further than when we started. She is sending me a new remote control to see if that helps.............I doubt it. All I wanted was a tech to come to the house and fix it. No, can't do that but we can tie us both up pushing buttons to no avail.
