A casino chip would have to be produced by the governent in order to be protected under the HPA... and I know of none; at least here in the USA.

The term token can be defined all day long, but as far as the HPA is concerned; that term does not apply to casino chips.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it... and that's why I explained to Rich that I never compared a chip with a coin.
