While Resorts (Resorts/Hilton) have been troubled for quite sometime now I would like for them to find a way out.
The pessimist in me says that 2 weeks won't make much of a difference but to see another casino fall into the hands of creditors that know as much about running a casino as a fish knows about riding a bicycle can only be worse.

Sure, they will populate the managing staff with capable people but while they pull the strings that are only motivated by profits (hence cutbacks across the board) chances are they will only make things worse.

BTW, While you might look and say that Colony Capital LLC is a real estate investment firm, the COO Nicholas Ribis was formerly with the Trump organization.
Look at that as a good or bad thing, but at least he knows something about the casino business
