It depends on the casinos. Some casinos will let you buy a roulette as a souviner. Others will ban you from the casino. You have to remember that some casinos consider it stealing. I have had long conversations with casino employees who wish the CCGTCC would get involved and ban the selling of their stolen merchandise at the convention and the CCTN.
