I recently sent out two RR's. Thankfuly they were mine and not someone else's. The one is moving fine and the other was never received by the person shipped to. I didn't insure but I use delivery confirmation with all RR's. The Post Office claims the package was delivered two days after I sent. I know anything could have happened but am I out the chips?
Another question for RR's. Is it better to use a PO Box or house address? Any feelings?
